John Fiske Elementary School Educator Named DM Law Teacher of the Week

After earning an impressive 1,800 votes, Kaylee Clements of John Fiske Elementary School has been named DM Law Teacher of the Week.

On Monday, February 23, the kindergarten teacher was surprised by the DM Law prize patrol and the school administration at John Fiske.
“It means so much to me to be honored this way. I have loved working at John Fiske for the last ten years, and it means the world to me to be recognized. Thank you so much,” said Clements.
Clements knew she had been nominated because her husband is the one who entered her in the drawing. Knowing that he nominated her made it even more special.

“It’s pretty awesome getting to work with my husband and seeing how hard he works for the kids. John Fiske means so much to both of us. It was really cool that he did that and wanted to recognize me, but he deserves it just as much,” said Clements.
DM Law’s Teacher of the Week contest allows community members and peers to nominate exceptional educators for their impact on students’ lives.
As part of the recognition, Clements received a $250 Visa gift card, a DM Injury Law Prize Pack, and special recognition on DM Injury Law’s social media platforms.
Her photo will also be displayed on a digital billboard.
Congratulations to her.
