Hello Fiske Families.

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! We are very excited to serve the Lions and the Armourdale community. On Monday and Tuesday (August 14 & 15), we will have Family Advocacy Days. During this time, your teacher will schedule a time to meet with you and ensure your student is ready for the school year. On Wednesday (August 16), we will have our first day of school.

We will continue to provide most of the supplies for your students, so we have a very small supply list for Fiske families. Here is what your student needs to bring to John Fiske for the upcoming school year: backpack, headphones, 2 boxes of tissues, pencil box, sanitizing wipes, and a water bottle.

This year your student will also receive a free breakfast and lunch every school day; however, each student must complete the Household Economic Survey (HES).

If families do not complete the survey, the state of Kansas will reduce funding for our Fiske students.

Please follow these instructions for completing, electronically signing, and submitting this confidential survey in Infinite Campus.

On the Infinite Campus Portal, parents can follow these steps:

Login to Infinite Campus parent portal / Go to Documents / Select- Household Economic Survey / Complete the form / sign and submit / once the form is signed and submitted, a tab will automatically calculate the number of people in household and income.

If you are unable to complete the survey online, please submit a completed paper copy to your child's school no later than September 1, 2023.
